Hello everyone! We're excited to present our design concept for a digital service focused on project and task management for teams. This solution is designed for companies and teams to efficiently plan, track, and allocate tasks by status, monitor progress, and assign responsibilities and deadlines.
The shot highlights the main working screen, a task board (Kanban board) where tasks are categorized by status: To Do, In Progress, Under Review, and Ready. Task cards show descriptions, due dates, team members, and progress. A navigation panel on the left provides access to projects and sections, displays team members, and offers recommendations.
We've chosen a light, neutral base with soft accents in gentle shades of blue, lavender, and pink. This color palette gives a modern look, minimizes distractions, and enhances information processing, making it easy to distinguish between task types and statuses.
Key characteristics of this design include its clear and user-friendly interface, which prioritizes effortless navigation and accessibility. The design supports productivity by presenting information in an organized and visually appealing manner, allowing team members to quickly grasp task details and project statuses.
